Who we are

sanders.software LLC ("we", "us") of Layton, Utah sells software licences, consulting hours, subscriptions and related services through this site. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where it applies, based on the billing address you give at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order, by card or US bank account, through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Where a product offers pay over time, the first payment is charged at checkout and the remaining payments are charged monthly to the same card until the price is paid. There is no interest. You can pay the balance early at any time from My Account. If a monthly payment fails we will retry it and email you; work on the product may pause until the payment succeeds.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Cancel any time from My Account; the subscription then runs to the end of the period already paid for and is not charged again.

Consulting hours

Hours are scheduled within two business days of purchase and used at times agreed with you. Unused hours stay on your account for twelve months from purchase.

Software licences

A licence lets you install and run the software on your own domain for your own business. It may not be resold or redistributed. Source code, where provided, remains our copyright.

Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
